The portal belongs to the Government of Sindh. The Information Department is responsible for its operation, content standards and day-to-day management.

The Information Department also oversees the portal's technical operation, hosting and security.

02Who is responsible

The portal is overseen by these offices of the Information Department:

03Where the information comes from

Information on Sindh.gov comes from official Government of Sindh sources: the websites of provincial departments and attached bodies, the Government of Sindh portal (sindh.gov.pk), the Provincial Assembly of Sindh and the Sindh Information Commission.

Each department remains responsible for the accuracy of its own information. Wherever possible we link to the original official page so you can check the details at the source.

04How answers are produced

Answers to questions are written by an AI model that reads only official Government of Sindh sources and cites them. The model runs on servers operated for the Government of Sindh; your questions are not sent to outside AI companies.

AI answers can contain mistakes. Always confirm important details, such as fees, deadlines and eligibility, on the official page linked with each answer.

05Keeping information current

Department information is refreshed regularly from the official sources above. Each department page links to the department's own website, which remains the authoritative source.

06Privacy

We do not store the questions you ask or link them to you.

If you rate an answer, we record only whether it was helpful, the language and the sources used. No names, contact details or IP addresses are stored with feedback.

07Accessibility and languages

Sindh.gov is available in English, Urdu and Sindhi, and you can switch language at any time without losing your place.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If something is hard to use, please tell us.

08Corrections and contact

To report an error or suggest an improvement, contact the Information Department. For information held by a department, contact that department directly; its details are on its department page.

You can also request information under the Sindh Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2016, through the department's designated officer or the Sindh Information Commission.
